Service Technician (Mechanical) - Training Provided

Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical troubleshooting and diagnostics of industrial cleaning equipment such as sweepers and scrubbers among other equipment. (Full Training Provided)
• Conduct field servicing and repairs of professional industrial cleaning machines, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Build and nurture customer relationships in the area of service repairs, providing exceptional customer support.
• Maintain a service vehicle to facilitate efficient field servicing, including responsible management of spare parts stored within the vehicle.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Mechanical qualification is desirable but not essential.

Technical Experience:

• Proven track record in servicing mechanical machinery, light vehicles, heavy vehicles, small engines or forklifts.
• Proficiency with electrical circuits and electronic panels is desirable but not essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Exposure to electrical components is advantageous
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Willingness to learn and familiarise yourself with the product range.

Job Offer

Salary and Conditions:

• Fantastic salary on offer - $75,000 - $80,000 per annum plus 11% superannuation, vehicle and fuel card
• Day shift with possibly a small amount of overtime.
• 7am-3pm - Monday to Friday
• You can use the work vehicle for personal use
• Immediate start.
• Full Training Provided on the product range.
