Monash Animal Research Platform (MARP) as a
Service Technician where you will be responsible for operating specialised equipment correctly and safely in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).The
Service Technician will oversee the service area, ensuring efficient and timely completion of key activities. From meticulously preparing animal supplies, including caging, water bottles and environmental enrichment, to managing the correct operation of various laboratory equipment. This position will also be committed to maintaining adequate supplies, coordinating waste disposal, supervising staff and will also train fellow staff members on the correct use of the equipment.Ideally we are seeking someone with relevant work-related experience in an animal facility environment or a combination of work experience and knowledge within an animal facility environment.Apply now and become an integral part of our commitment to exceptional animal care and research.
