The Opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the suitably qualified and motivated Service Technician will work as part of a team to carry out maintenance on water and wastewater treatment plants across Western Australia. The individual will exhibit a strong sense of pride in the quality of their work, dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our valued clients.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits for proactive maintenance
- Attend promptly to service/repair and emergency callouts
- Create detailed electronic service reports for all service activities.
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Provide support during commissioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to improve service procedures and protocols
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Technical expertise in water treatment systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and adherence to strict safety guidelines
- Positive and collaborative mindset
- Efficient teamwork, communication, and troubleshooting competencies
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient mechanical skills and a passion for practical work
- Time management for prompt response to callouts
- Capability to comprehend and interpret technical schematics
- Possession of a valid C-class manual licence
