Our WA workshop based in Bassendean has a vacancy for a qualified Service Technician to join our team.
Main duties
- Servicing and repairs of Vehicle Loading and Fixed Mounted Cranes, Hook Lifts and Crawler Cranes.
- Crane Installs, Overhauls and Major Inspections
- Pre delivery checks of machines/cranes
- Maintaining and cleaning the workshop area and equipment
- General workshop duties
Key skills and requirements for the role include:
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Use of best work practices to ensure that jobs are of a high quality and completed in a safe and timely manner.
The following would be seen as advantageous for the role:
HR Truck Licence, Forklift Licence, Vehicle Loading Crane Licence, welding, and a trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or similar)
