Come and join our growing ICT function.As a vital member of our team, you'll be the go-to resource for both new and existing employees, providing essential support for ACCIONA devices and infrastructure. From managing computers and operating systems to ensuring seamless access to applications and mobile services, you'll play a crucial role in empowering our workforce to thrive.This role will be based in Perth CBD however there will be some travel to the site office in Alkimos so you will need a driver’s license but will have access to vehicle.Key accountabilities for the position:Provide support, including logging and handling of ICT incidents and service requests, using the ITSM tool Service Now.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Microsoft) and peripheral devices.Monitor your ticket queue (requests and incidents) and reprioritise your workload to ensure all tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs.Provide clear and concise notes within ServiceNow against each ticket, and where necessary, update/develop Knowledge Base articles.Work closely with the wider ICT team, both locally within Australia and globally with our Parent Company, to achieve the best possible outcome for the End Us.Required Skills and CompetenciesExperience gained in a Level 1 environment ideally within a large matrix organisation.Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and Office 365 PC programs,Experience in PC Hardware configuration, including maintaining printers and scanners.Excellent communication skills.ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023 & 2024 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
