You can be part of our journey and contribution by joining us as a time served and experienced Service Technician for a wide range of GEA technologies, primarily mechanical equipment (separators and decanters mostly as well as homogenizers and valves & pumps) for all major dairy factories, water treatment plants, wineries, breweries, pharmaceutical and the food industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring technical service deliverables are met.
- Service maintenance planned and unplanned.
- Any necessary remedial or rectification works.
- Performing site trouble shooting with remote support, including actively listening to customers feedback and supporting them to resolve technical issues.
- Travel to customers sites throughout Australia
- Preparing any required job-related reports
- Focusing on continuous improvement, providing feedback, solutions, and initiatives to all key stakeholders.
- Maintaining and improving customer relationships to foster collaboration, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrating and appreciating safety for self and others in all actions and activities and maintain a general understanding of the health and safety legislation.
About you:
- Technical qualification preferred ie fitter / turner or similar
- Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a mechanical discipline
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service focused with a willingness to travel
- Able to work in a team and autonomously
- Vehicle Drivers Licence essential
