Job description
The ICT Service Transition Manager is responsible for moving services into the production environments managed by ISD. The role ensures that policies, processes, and procedures are in place to protect the live operational environment and any modifications or transitions to the operational environment (for new, modified or retiring services) meet the agreed expectations of the business, customers and users.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
* Formal tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or related discipline
* ITIL Certified
* 10+ years of service delivery and management experience working with project and operations teams
* Strong stakeholder management skills at executive levels
* Expertise with Vendor ad commercial management skills
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
