Your Impact
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition of services from various functional teams to our central Business Services team. If you are a skilled project manager with a passion for delivering high-quality Service Transitions, we want to hear from you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct a detailed assessment of activities earmarked for transition to Business Services.
- Develop a comprehensive transition plan, incorporating all necessary stages and milestones as directed.
- Collaborate with the Change and Communications team to create and enhance materials required for successful transitions.
- Develop appropriate communications strategies and ensure effective delivery.
- Work closely with the Change and Communications team to manage the delivery of training to Business Services.
- Coordinate training assessments to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
- Oversee the gradual movement of activities to the Business Services team.
- Manage hypercare and facilitate the sign-off process for transitioned activities.
- Conduct progress reporting to stakeholders.
- Leverage strong project management experience to develop clear and concise documentation.
About You
- Proven project management experience.
- Background in managing training projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Technical writing expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate discussions into accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SAP implementations preferred.
