Service Transition / Program Training Coordinator

Your Impact

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless transition of services from various functional teams to our central Business Services team. If you are a skilled project manager with a passion for delivering high-quality Service Transitions, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct a detailed assessment of activities earmarked for transition to Business Services.
• Develop a comprehensive transition plan, incorporating all necessary stages and milestones as directed.
• Collaborate with the Change and Communications team to create and enhance materials required for successful transitions.
• Develop appropriate communications strategies and ensure effective delivery.
• Work closely with the Change and Communications team to manage the delivery of training to Business Services.
• Coordinate training assessments to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
• Oversee the gradual movement of activities to the Business Services team.
• Manage hypercare and facilitate the sign-off process for transitioned activities.
• Conduct progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Leverage strong project management experience to develop clear and concise documentation.

About You

• Proven project management experience.
• Background in managing training projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Technical writing expertise.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate discussions into accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently to achieve set objectives.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in SAP implementations preferred.
