The Service Transition Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful transition of services from functional teams within Asahi to the central Business Services team. Your responsibilities will include: Conduct a detailed assessment of activities earmarked for transition to Business Services. Develop a comprehensive transition plan, incorporating all necessary stages and milestones as directed.

Collaborate with the Change and Communications team to create and enhance materials required for successful transitions. Develop appropriate communications strategies and ensure effective delivery. Work closely with the Change and Communications team to manage the delivery of training to Business Services.

Coordinate training assessments to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer. Oversee the gradual movement of activities to the Business Services team. Manage hypercare and facilitate the sign-off process for transitioned activities.

Conduct progress reporting to stakeholders. Leverage strong project management experience to develop clear and concise documentation. About

You Proven project management experience. Background in managing training projects. Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.

Technical writing expertise. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate discussions into accurate documentation. Ability to work independently to achieve set objectives.

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills. Experience in SAP implementations preferred. Why Asahi Beverages?
