Service Transition Manager

Join our industry leading client in a high-priority program of work as a Service Transition Manager! This is a lucrative contract position offering flexible working arrangements with three days in our clients Port Melbourne office.

You'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing a robust transition strategy within a top priority programme of work. Assist our client in developing their operational strategy whilst engaging with a range of individuals. 

Contract: 6-9 months with competitive day rates. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design and build a plan for the migration.
• Create new IT services setup.
• Engage and manage stakeholders.
• Design operating models.
• Implement ITIL frameworks.
• Contribute hands-on architectural expertise.

 Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in designing operating models.
• Strong background in ITIL frameworks.
• Hands-on architecture work experience.
• Ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders.
