• Assist customers regarding service and warranty related issues ensuring a seamless experience
• Provide our customers with effective and prompt feedback on a professional level
• Regularly review newly logged service / warranty items / photos raised by customers from settlement
• Scheduling of trades and suppliers including booking, confirmation and follow up
• Process tasks raised in the service / warranty queue dashboard
• Assist the Service & Warranty Team and with administration support and any adhoc requests

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in a Customer Care role or similar and/or experience in a customer service-based or administration role
• A calm and experienced demeanour when dealing with sensitive client needs
• Diploma in Building Construction or a trade background is an advantage
• Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Word
• Working knowledge of contracts & plans
• Active listening skills and great communication style
• Problem solving and prevention strategies
• Technically competent in using databases and CRMs
• Highly organised and excellent time management
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
