Based in our fun and supportive Kialla Office you can be your normal self working with our customers and Service & Warranty Department.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in a similar role is ideal or a strong administrative and customer service-based role
• Diploma in Building Construction is desirable, or a trade background is an advantage
• Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Word
• A calm and experienced demeanour when dealing with sensitive client needs
• A genuine customer care mindset
• Strong communication; and
• The ability to resolve conflict and problem solve.
