Role:Service Warranty Coordinator
Location: Regency Park,, SA
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + super (dependent on experience and skill base)
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shift Times: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days onsite
About the Role:
As a Service Warranty Coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing after-sales maintenance support, handling service requests, and addressing warranty issues for our valued clients. Your main tool? Your exceptional communication skills over the phone.

Responsibilities Include:
- Answering customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Answering high volume calls - average of 50 calls a day
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met with precision and care.
- Assisting with quotations for customers
- Ordering parts from technician reports
- Raising purchase orders and invoices.
- Delivering top-notch customer service that exceeds expectations every time.
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service/administration/call center experience.
- Experience as a service coordinator - desired
- Experience answering high volume calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
