Work Location: Eliwana - Fortescue's Eliwana mine is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.
Roster: 7D7R FIFO ex Perth or Busselton
This is an exciting opportunity available to applicants that are New to the mining industry with transferrable skills. Please note - a C Class Manual Drivers License is a minimum requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and effective operation of the Service Truck
- Refueling of all assets including gensets and Light Vehicles
- Greasing of pumps
- Assist the Water Management Maintenance Technicians with duties as required such as poly welding
- A high regard for safety and the ability to apply Zero Harm principles as a priority
- Valid C Class Manual Drivers License essential
- A strong focus on safety with the ability to learn new processes and systems
- The ability to work 12 hour shifts Fly In Fly Out on a remote mine site
- Transferrable skills in a similar role highly desirable
- The drive to work as a team player as well as autonomously
