Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of AZZO Energy Management's services, solutions, and technology.
- Quote and negotiate Customer Support Plans (CSP) to align with client needs.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in energy management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of client management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills polished through interacting with large corporates
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a multidisciplinary team and fostering a quality-driven environment
- Electrical Engineering experience desirable
- Knowledge of and experience in the new energy economy
