AddressStockwell Design and Construction is seeking a Services Design Manager to play a key role in the Pre-Construction and Site Delivery Teams to achieve the desired objectives on multi-unit residential and mixed-use projects through:
- Leading the Consultant Design Team to deliver innovative concept and detailed design proposals.
- Working with the Estimating Team on cost effective and efficient Services Design solutions.
- Program awareness of the technical requirements from commencement to completion.
- Driving quality through continual assessment and update of design solutions.
- Ensuring code compliance through review, assessment, and confirmation of adherence.
- Working directly with the Site Team through construction making sure we deliver on the customers’ requirements.

Stockwell Design and Construction has a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects to build across Queensland.
You must be able to demonstrate on-site experience and accountability working within the Construction Delivery Teams.
The role is full-time and may include travel to regional areas of Queensland.
The Role:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Services Design Manager working for a contractor or developer on multi-residential and mixed-use projects.
- Pre-construction and value engineering experience is essential.
- Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects of value and complexity at varying stages within the development timeline.
- Demonstrated experience and accountability in delivering cost effective design outcomes on major projects.
- Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project and Jobpac.
