Your knowledge on sexual wellbeing
Sexual Health Nurses are crucial for Australian healthcare, providing education and guidance that safeguards Sexual Health. You'll be a pillar for the Pilbara community, promoting awareness, testing, and preventative measures. This role is in response to the endemic levels of STIs within the community which can only be tackled with comprehensive primary health care.
Building trust and rapport is key. You'll be a source of reliable information on everything from healthy relationships to STIs, contraception, and navigating sexual concerns. Your impact goes beyond the clinic.

Critical criteria
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Prior experience in Sexual Health or primary health care nursing - postgraduate qualification in Sexual Health
- Excellent knowledge of issues affecting the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people
- Full working rights in Australia
- WA WWCC or willing to obtain
