Essential Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or equivalent) in a relevant field with a proven record of academic excellence and scholarly achievement.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in academic leadership and management, with a demonstrably successful track record.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to foster a collaborative and supportive academic environment.
- Visionary and strategic thinking to contribute to the development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives.
- Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement to maintain TIIS's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all academic programs and operations, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with quality standards.
- Forge strategic partnerships with industry, government, and professional bodies to enhance program relevance and student employability.
- Cultivate a dynamic and supportive academic community that fosters engagement, collaboration, and scholarly pursuits.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning methodologies to create an enriching student experience.
- Represent TIIS at external events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the institute, aligning academic offerings with market needs and future trends.
- Mentor and support faculty in their professional development and research endeavours.
- Oversee risk management within the academic domain, proactively mitigating potential issues.
- Collaborate effectively with the CEO and Executive team to achieve institutional goals.

Remuneration:
We offer a competitive salary package in the range of AU$100,000 - AU$120,000, commensurate with experience.
