One of Australia's most progressive Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced SharePoint Developerto undertake a SharePoint Information and Data Consolidation project with the goal of migrating all their legacy content that exists on premise and in SharePoint online. The role will primarily be based in Canberra as well as remote work as flexible working arrangements are available. The successful SharePoint Developerwill be offered a contract until June 2024 with 2 X 6 monthsextension options.
The successfulSharePoint Developerwill be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Development of requirements and designs to transition SharePoint 2013
- Conducting migration of data from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online
- Providing input into the development of technical documentation
- Developing PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows
The successful SharePoint Developerwill have experience in the following:
- Strong practical experience in SharePoint Online including configuration and administration
- Experience developing on the SharePoint platform including SPFx framework and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online best practices
- Data migration experience including the use of ShareGate
