AddressAbout the Role:
This role will be working with the Information and Technology Directorate (ITD) Transition Project Manager, Agile Practices Lead, Project Team Members, Executive Director Information and Technology Directorate, relevant ITD business units and information technology partners and suppliers. The IT Directorate has implemented Agile ways of working, with project and service delivery teams commencing their Agile journeys. Working closely with the Agile Practices Lead, the Iteration Manager will assist and guide teams to embed agile ways of working and continuous improvement practices within their teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the transition team current service provider and our suppliers to de-risk the existing Office 365 tenancy.
- Contribute to the successful planning and execution of transitioning O365 users from old email address to the new email address.
- Participate in and contribute to the impact analysis workshops with stakeholder in order to plan a seamless transition to the upcoming Office 365 configuration changes.
- Work closely with the transition team to review the current Office 365 tenancy configurations and plan the required configuration changes
- Manage, maintain and administer existing Office 365 tenancy until the service is transitioned to the new service provider.
- Participate in transition activities related to transitioning in the management of Office 365 and transitioning the Office 365 management to the new service provider.
- Review the current Intune implementation, including Intune copilot and plan the required changes.
- Identify and document risks associated with or impacting Office 365 tenancy alongside the risk mitigation plan and appropriate treatment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive experience in managing and maintaining Office 365 tenancy and its users and configurations.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 E3 and E5 capabilities and features.
- Experience in partnering with stakeholders across different teams.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Security score and translating recommendations to technical activities.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, including Exchange Server and Azure AD.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft PowerShell for Microsoft 365 modules.
- Solid experience in implementing Office 365 Intune, DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and Conditional Access policies.
- Good experience and understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Apps.
- Strong technical experience identifying change impacts on users, services, applications, systems, and network.
- Experience in business and service transformation process and activities.
