About the role

As the successful applicant, your duties as a Sheet Metal Fabricator will include but not be limited to:

• installing and assembling Sheet Metal products
• roll bending/pressing of sectional & plate steel
• bolting and riveting metal products where needed
• efficiently operating machines while minimising wastage 
• adhering to onsite OH&S procedures.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Full Australian work rights essential (we cannot accept applicants without them)
• Min. 2 years previous experience in operating/bending/pressing steel & bench-top tools (incl. Press Brake and Guillotine)
• Demonstrated proficiency in fabricating Sheet Metal products based on technical drawings
• Ability to interpret basic drawings and specifications
• Sound knowledge of Sheet Metal assembly techniques
• Forklift license highly regarded.
