What You'll Do:
- Lead the team during your shifts, making sure everyone's in sync and giving our guests the best experience ever.
- Use your experience from other quick service spots to keep things ticking like clockwork.
- Team up with our manager to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and keep things moving forward.
- Put guest satisfaction at the top of your list, making sure everyone leaves happy and full.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Prior Experience in a similar role
- You're a natural leader who can inspire and motivate the team
- Great communication skills
- Flexible availability
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for your team across the restaurant operations: Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- The ideal candidate would have the following certificates: First Aid, Food, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), Approved Manager (although not a strict requirement if you are willing to get them)
