The Role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher and Educational Leader to join our Piara Waters Centre.
In your role, you will be leading your team of passionate Educators to develop and implement enriching programs for ages 0-5. You will work alongside our Director and Assistant Director and will be a valued part of Management team.
You will develop strong relationships and engagement with the children in your care, transparent and caring partnerships with the families, while being a positive role model, engaged leader, active contributor, and mentor to your team.
You will be supporting our team to deliver quality care and education, by developing a program that supports play based learning meeting the needs of each individual child while upholding the Centre's philosophy. Best practice policies and procedures are at the forefront of your decision making, all while committing to continuous improvement and innovation.
You will be supported by our Curriculum and Pedagogy Manager and have many opportunities to network with Educational Leaders from our other Centres.

The desired criteria includes:
- Teaching degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognized by ACECQA (Can be currently studying & working Towards this degree)
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate or willing to obtain.
- A sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with children, families and team members.
- A commitment to ongoing forms of team engagement to create a fantastic work culture.
- Valid Australian working rights
