Job Description: Greenham Gippsland Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Loadout Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Loadout Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the loading operations during afternoon and night shifts, ensuring efficient and timely loading of products for distribution. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the loading operations during afternoon and night shifts.
2. Ensure adherence to loading schedules and deadlines to meet customer demands.
3. Monitor loading processes to maintain product quality and integrity.
4. Train and mentor loadout staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
5. Communicate effectively with production teams, logistics personnel, and other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues or delays.
6. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, vehicles, and loading areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate records of loading activities, including inventory levels, product specifications, and shipment details.
8. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loading operations.
9. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
10. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and optimization of loadout processes.
11. Palletise customer orders, Unload Freezers, prepare container orders, Loading containers.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
4. Sound knowledge of loading procedures, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
5. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications for record-keeping and communication purposes.
6. Flexibility to work afternoon and night shifts as required.
7. Valid driver's license and ability to operate loading equipment (e.g., forklifts) is desirable.
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
