My People Solutions Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Disability SIL HouseTeam Leader for a 1:3 High Intensity Supports SIL House.

If you have at least 2 years' experience leading a SIL House with High Intensity level supports and all your documents (including a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check) please contact us immediately.
- At least 2+ years' experience of being a SIL HouseTeam Leader.
- Medication Administration Certificate & a good knowledge & understanding of successfully working with High Intensity clients.
- Experience of working with people with Diabetes, Epilepsy, Intellectual Disabilities, Mental Health, Dementia & Advance Manual Handling Supports, Behaviours of Concern & Restrictive Practice required.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
- A current Police Check, Vaccinations (including COVID), CPR & First Aid & the right to work in Australia.
- Driving Licence and access to a reliable car are essential.
- Cert III Individual Supports, Cert IV Disability and / or Mental Health Care Qualification, is expected.
- Integrity, honesty & reliability is critical for this role.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake online complex knowledge & skills screening as part of your application before completing online training and attending a paid induction course with our Registered Nurse before being commencing work.
NOTE: This role includes personal care and assistance as a standard part of the support worker's role.
Full Time (fixed term with potential to become a permanent role)
