AddressShift Manager - 4 Pines Truckbar
We’ve come a long way since our first little Brew Pub in Manly, and we're excited to advertise this opportunity to join our national hospitality brand. Shadowed by rows of steel fermenters, is a 1960 Dodge pickup, tapped up with 20 unique styles of the freshest beer we have created for our beer loving community.
We’re looking for a seasoned hospitality professional with an insatiable passion for all things customer experience, great food and (of course) award winning beer to keep our foundations strong at the iconic Truckbar venue in Brookvale.
The Role
- Immediate start available, but flexible for the right candidate.
- Training and developing our front of house and kitchen teams on service. standards. Demonstrated experience in improving service quality is a mandatory requirement for the role.
- Planning and executing high level events, from creating event run sheets to de-briefing management.
- Accountability for a growing music program.
- Hosting brewery tours, managing reservations and table allocations.
- Assist in the day to day running of the venue and independently running shifts (open or close).
- Weekend, evening and Public Holiday availability is essential.
You
- Current NSW RSA.
- Demonstrated ability to boost team customer engagement, with prior supervisory experience in bar/restaurant management.
- Able to motivate and train a team of staff.
- Event planning experience.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team with clear communications.
- Good banter and up for a challenge.
- Beer knowledge is not essential but will be highly advantageous.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
- Above all else - Passionate, honest, unpretentious and fun!
