About your role
Due to continued business growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced people leader for our Buchanan, NSW site.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) -
- Ensuring a safe and clean work environment is maintained.
- Coordinating and supervising all PM shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards.
- Ensuring that compliance with company policies and procedures are always met.
- Training, development, and motivation of all staff to improve performance and meet productivity objectives.
- Managing and resolving any operational issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Monitor stock levels and perform necessary stock reconciliations.
- Oversee Warehouse and Production functions and collaborate with Supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
Your skills, experience & qualifications
- Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or Leader in a similar role.
- Outstanding people leadership and management expertise.
- Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively, underpinned by strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or production environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
