Description
- Coordinate staffing and resources for efficient production.
- Liaise with managers for staffing and rostering needs.
- Address production issues and ensure staff training.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide timely production reports and summaries.
- Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of production areas.
- Address safety concerns and equipment maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering departments.
- Conduct stock takes and manage employee disputes.
Profile
- Previous experience in manufacturing supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, WHS, and production procedures.
- Ability to handle employee disputes and disciplinary matters.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
