Customer Service Benchmarking Australia is a growing market research and consultancy firm based in the Melbourne CBD. We are seeking to employ a full time Secretary / Office Manager to provide support in a busy environment working two to three days per week from a shared office, and the remainder from home.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative duties and secretarial support.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reporting to and completing all administration tasks for the Managing Director
- General support to other senior staff
- Managing a virtual office
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Maintaining customer data base through Salesforce
- Salesforce Administration
- Assisting staff members with administration duties generally where possible
- Assist in issuing proposals and bids including formatting client proposals and presentations
- Tender monitoring and proposals
- Arranging Company functions and regular meetings
- Managing IT hardware requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
- Highly detail oriented
- Able to process work quickly and efficiently
- Able to work to deadlines, and happily multi-task
- You will enjoy working as part of a team, but also have the maturity to work autonomously and set your own priorities
- You will have a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint and also be confident using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using Salesforce, particularly as Administrator, will be looked upon favourably
