Role Overview:
- Join a leading Luxury Travel Retailer at Perth Airport as a seasoned retail manager.
- Lead a team in providing exceptional shopping experiences in duty-free shopping.
- Oversee a wide range of products, from beauty to technology, and ensure seamless operations.
What You'll Do:
As a retail leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and inspiring a team of 10-30 passionate retail professionals to achieve sales goals and deliver premium customer service.
- Embracing a customer-centric approach by handling enquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and COVID-19 safety measures.
- Collaborating with store management to implement effective merchandising strategies and promotions.
- Cultivating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and personal growth within the team.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Leadership experience within large format retail is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
- A mandatory COVID-19 vaccination in line with safety guidelines.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Flexibility to work night shifts in accordance with international flight schedules.
- The ability to thrive in a very busy retail environment.
Benefits:
