Your new opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to manage our Elizabeth RAA shop. Your outstanding customer service skills, and ability to manage in a professional and enthusiastic manner will see you succeed, as well as your strong motivation and passion for inspiring and motivating staff to achieve performance excellence in a retail environment. You will manage a team of Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service to our members and achieve individual and shop sales targets, through your excellent guidance and support.
In addition, you will:
- Complete Continuous Development Program (eCDP) Planning and Review Sessions with all direct reports within organisational timeframes.
- Inspire, coach and motivate staff to achieve their individual sales and performance targets using structured RAA sales principles.
- Oversee and control budgeted staffing and operational costs.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of RAA, systems and processes.
- Present a clean, well merchandised Shop with up to date point of sale material in accordance with Retail standards.
About you
You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.
For this role, we're also looking for:
- 3 years Supervisor/Manager experience in a sales and customer service/retail environment desired.
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting performance objectives in a managerial role.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attitude with the willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
