We are currently seeking to recruit a Team Manager to lead, mentor, and coach a team of Case Managers at an exciting time of growth for our business
You will be responsible for
- Collaborating with your team to develop strategies to improve customer outcomes and empowering them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Building strong relationships across business units and functions that contribute to/influence the teams’ activities and outcomes.
- Leading and coaching team members to develop capability and building high performing, collaborative and engaged teams
- Manage performance and results, ensuring daily operations align with business objectives and ensuring adherence to internal key performance targets and relevant legislative requirements.
- Acting as escalation point by assisting in resolving complex queries or complaints beyond the skills, knowledge or authority of team members
- Creating a positive work environment focussed on teamwork and collaboration supported by our high-performance culture.
About you
- Has a passionate attitude that inspires team to exceed goals
- Extensive experience in a team management or leadership role building high performing teams
- Experience in development of others
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Understanding of a compliance and target driven environment
- Emotional intelligence
- Experience empowering people to realise their highest potential by recognising and developing individual and team performance and building talent pipelines to safeguard current and future organisational needs
