Short Order Cook at Greenwell Point Bowling & Sports Club

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Short Order Cook to join our team at Greenwell Point Bowling & Sports Club. 

As a Short Order Cook, you will be responsible for cooking, cleaning, front of house duties, and barista duties.

The ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef

The Club has recently updated its menu with the addition of a new Chef, this position offers exciting opportunities for a motivated individual to be a part of a thriving team in a club environment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking meals in a timely manner
• Cleaning kitchen and dining areas
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
• Work across front of house and kitchen areas as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and Barista experience preferred
• Availability across the week, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current RSA and Food Handling Certificates
