About the venue:
Ideally located in Shellharbour Village down by the water, Hooked/Scoop is a cooked seafood and ice cream destination. Following an extensive fit-out including the installation of a brand new kitchen, we are already developing a loyal following based on a high quality, fresh food offering.
About the position:
The main responsibilities of this role will be cooking to order, food preparation and display set-up, stock control and ordering, maintaining a satisfactory level of cleanliness in the kitchen, comply with safety and health policies and procedures.
About you:
- Experience working in a fast pace, high volume kitchen
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Awareness and acceptance of the need to work hygienically and safely
- Good communication skills and customer service
- Seafood experience an advantage
- Must have the right to work in Australia
