Day-to-day duties include;
- Clean and organising kitchen following Food Safety Regulations
- Operate, clean and maintain all equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Inventory Management process
- Cooking, baking and menu planning experience
- Safe and hygienic storage of food products
- Meet customer dietary requirements as needed
- Assist with food service
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service
A successful candidate will benefit from the following attributes:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Available to start immediately. Day shifts only, no night shifts.
- Available weekends, public holidays and school holidays
- Ability to liaise with customers & suppliers in a professional manner
- Enthusiastic, be willing to learn food preparation techniques

- Knife skills essential
- A genuine passion for food and cooking
- Good hygiene, smart casual dresser
- Own transportation required as public transport not available.
