Short Order Cook/Hospitality All Rounder

Responsibilities:

Short Order Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of food items quickly and efficiently, following food safety and hygiene standards, while adhering to customer preferences and dietary requirements.

Bar Work: Serve drinks and beverages to customers, maintain a clean and organized bar area, handle cash transactions, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Small Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team to ensure seamless operations, support colleagues as needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Short Order cooking and bar work is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 

Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a small team.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Relevant certifications (e.g. Food Safety Certificate, Responsible Service of Alcohol) are advantageous.
