Process Trainer

Client:

Our client is a leader in lithium production with multiple sites across WA.

Opportunity:

We have a Trainer & Assessor Processing opportunity with one of our top-tier Lithium clients on a family-friendly 2:2 roster flying out of Perth. 

Duties:

• Maintain training matrix for each team
• Develop & maintain site-specific training documentation and assessments
• Develop SWP's utilizing SME and risk assessments (JHA)
• Competent in Permit to Work Training 
• Assist with incident investigations as requested, utilizing your expertise to identify improvements, provide recommendations and actions for remediation
• Ensure permits are prepared and remain compliant with our procedures throughout the permit to work and isolation process
• Prepare work permits and assign isolation lists specific to the scope of work

Requirements:

• Australian C class license
• Confined space certificate
• Working at Heights certificate
•  Significant experience in operating fixed plant
• Ability to read and understand P&ID and engineering drawings to create isolation plans
• Mechanical aptitude
