AddressWe are currently seeking two team members to complement the National Team as Customer Relations Specialists.
These roles will be fixed for a term of 6 months, with a possible extension to 12 months.
Based anywhere in AU, you will be flexible to travel between all sites across Australia, as some interstate travel will be required.
In a fast-paced environment, you will be working closely with the National Customer Engagement Lead and Site Managers.
The role will include (but not be limited to):
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Providing a supportive and work environment for all Customer Care Advisors.
- Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries.
- Ensuring a high level of support for customers and attending to customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Internal stakeholder engagement.
- Escalating relevant customer concerns to National Customer Engagement Lead.
To be Considered you will:
- Proven experience in Customer Service functions.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer groups, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Planning and organisational ability
- Excellent computer literacy – including advanced MS Office skills
