A great opportunity for a Service Delivery Officer to join this busy team for a temporary assignment.
About the role:
- Reviewing, processing and assessing documentation and ensuring all information is available for an access decision in accordance with policy and legislation.
- Making appropriate access decisions in accordance with delegated authority.
- Responding to phone and email enquiries about access and eligibility, providing accurate information and effective support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining records and undertaking a range of data entry responsibilities in accordance with Agency standards and policies.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Scanning and filing documents according to Agency standards and policies.
- Informing prospective participants of their application progress as well as their rights and obligations.
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You will have computer skills/Computer literacy.
- You will have ability to follow process and instructions to accomplish a task.
- You will have customer Service Skills.
- You will have administrative experience.
- You will have experience working within Service delivery environments.
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 6 months assignment with the possibility of extension
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Geelong location + hybrid working from home options.
- $37.36 per hour + Super
