AddressSeeking a highly adaptable and organised administrator who is able to jump into an organisation in a unique role. This role would suit someone with exceptional attention to detail who is coming from an accounts, audit or lengthy administration background. Someone who has experience working with high levels of data and picking up anomalies would be highly desirable.
The role:
- Working with large amounts of master data keeping everything up to date for reporting
- Run reports on master data and provide to third party and government entities
- Invoicing to businesses who have purchased materials through the website
- Communication with internal departments such as warehousing and logistics
- Making sure information / specifications of products available for sale on the website is correct and accurate at all times
The candidate:
- Looking for someone from an accounts, administration or audit background
- Ideally someone who has had basic financial (debtors/creditors) understanding or experience
- Very high attention to detail - including being able to pick up errors or anomalies
- Flexible attitude and ability to learn on the spot
The role:
- Oakleigh location
- Would best suit someone with a vehicle as there will be occasional travel to another business site closer to Hampton Park (1x per fortnight approx. and KMs will be reimbursed)
- Hourly rate while on a contract - flexible
- 1 day working from home per week
- Opportunity to move into a permanent opportunity after the 3-6 month contract
