Required skills / experience:
- Industry experience is an advantage
- Retail and/or commercial sales experience, preferably in office furniture
- Customer experience in a B2B sales environment, including establishing customer profiles, identifying and seeking out decision makers, delivering solutions, and closing deals
- Experience in establishing and following a sales process, staying on track, and closing deals
- Proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit (GP) budgets
- Demonstrated success in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
