B&B offers a friendly team environment and seeks a positive, friendly and organised receptionist / administrator to join our team.
About the role
Represent B&B Aluminium in residential & commercial products, providing accurate administration servicing both internal and external customers' needs, and company records.
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 4:30 pm
- Answering telephone and attending to customer inquiries
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member
- To promote the company and its services with integrity and confidence
- Facilitate sales within the scope of work and relevant product knowledge
- Follow the sales process and ensure steps are completed
- Entering supplier invoices into Xero accounting software
- Creating purchase orders via Xero
- Update company databases as needed
- Contact customers to schedule deliveries or installation works
- Purchasing and supplier communications
- Following up on orders and updating databases for tracking projects
- Work closely with and support other staff, ie. Estimators, Production Coordinators, Management
- Maintain tidy & stocked showroom
- Filing all documentation both manually and electronically
- Process EFTPOS payments as needed
