NSP are currently looking to fill two vacancies due to substantial growth over the past 12 months.
- Sign Maker - The first position will require a versatile and dynamic person to work within their Signage Manufacturing division as a Sign Maker. The right person will be responsible for the output of high-quality signage for a broad range of customers.
- Warehouse Coordinator - The second position will require a logical thinker who will be responsible for the picking and packing of completed orders, followed by the distribution of them to customers as well as the management of the warehouse floor.
To be successful in these roles, you would need to demonstrate the below:
Qualifications & experience
- Signage production experience to operate machines such as plotters, laminators, routers, guillotines etc. would be advantageous – on the job training will be provided for those without prior experience.
- Previous Warehouse experience would be advantageous as well as an up-to-date valid Forklift License.
- Ability to work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of jobs.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills to manage workflow and deadlines.
- A willingness to apply your knowledge to a variety of tasks and equipment.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately and manage multiple jobs at any one time.
- Demonstrable high level of attention to detail.
- Must have a positive attitude and dedication to the position.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a sign production team member you will cut, print & lay up various types of vinyl to different substrates – mainly aluminium or coreflute. The accurate application of signs is critical in this position and you will be responsible for producing a good quality finished item.
As part of the Warehouse Team, you will be responsible for handling all completed orders and packing them, booking in freight to deliver to customers and ensuring a seamless workflow on the factory floor by managing all warehouse bays and housekeeping effectively.
