About the role
The Transport & Technology division looking to recruit a number of permanent team members covering Level 1, 2 & 3 Signalling Design and Multi-discipline engineers to work on a number of key New South Wales and interstate rail projects that have been awarded to the UGL Rail Systems team.
You will be joining a dynamic and agile team that has recently been restructured to better face the challenges of the rail industry in these times of change, allowing you to have the opportunity to make a real impact on a new team, while learning from a number of well-respected and highly skilled people in our industry. This opportunity provides the candidates the flexibility to work on projects that are changing the way people in Victoria and interstate live their lives.
You will be reporting into a newly appointed Engineering manager who has over 20 years€™ experience in signalling, and is passionate about building careers and mentoring employees, so your career development and progression is a major priority for us.

About You
We are looking for engaging and proactive individuals with a genuine passion for excellence and desire to learn. You will enjoy working on projects of all sizes with the ability to work autonomously.
The right qualifications to allow the candidate to obtain RPEQ certification through Engineers Australia in line with the State regulations which are being implemented in Victoria and NSW.
You must have either Vline, MTM, ARTC and RIW competency and the following level of experience;
- Level 1 Engineer €“ 3 to 5 years€™ experience
- Level 2 Engineer €“ Up to 10 years€™ experience
- Level 3 Engineer €“ Up to 15 years€™ experience
