The Site Accountant at our Rocklea site will play a pivotal role in financial accounting, forecasting, and reporting. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting decision-making processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee day-to-day financial management activities for the Rocklea site
• Conduct accurate financial accounting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the financial health of the site
• Act as a trusted Business Partner to the Operations Manager and broader leadership team at Rocklea
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational excellence
• Provide timely and insightful reporting to key stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making
• Ensure clear communication of financial information to support strategic initiatives
• Play a key role in managing site-based capital requests
• Lead financial forecasting for capital projects and contribute to their successful execution

• Degree qualification in finance or Accounting
• Professional accounting qualification either CPA or CA
• Proven experience in a financial accounting role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
