The role
- Managing client files, approvals & reporting
- Liaising with new and existing clients throughout sale and pre-construction
- Accurate completion of new clients & sales files
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Deliver administrative tasks and support where needed
- Distribution of Construction Documentation
- Accurate data entry using DataBuild & Onsite Companion
To be successful you will need
- Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
- Building & construction experience in a related role is essential
- Experience working with clients building bespoke and high end residential houses
- Exceptional time management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills experience with Databuild & Onsite Companion
- A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
