The Role We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team on the BlueScope project in Port Kembla on the NSW South Coast. This is a fast-paced role and is responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support the Civil Project team.
This is a permanent role with SRG Global. Upon completion of this project, there will be the opportunity to move onto other upcoming and ongoing Civil projects. Local-based role – Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Coordination of all site personnel’s access paperwork.
Looking after New starters – including inductions and related site required documentations. Assist Management with the maintenance of site rosters.
Collate and submit weekly timesheets for the team and liaise with payroll on any discrepancies. Weekly invoicing including liaising with our clients. Carry out purchasing including receipting of goods.
Filing and record keeping requirements. Assist in the compilation of reports and management system requirements. Maintain stationery and office consumables.
