THE ROLE

Applications are sought from experienced Site Administrators to join the team at Ora Banda.

The responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Prepare site specific correspondence, reports and minutes of meetings for distribution.
  • Provide a point of contact for HR & payroll, onboarding/offboarding and maintain site work rosters including processing travel amendments and leave forms.
  • Maintain local office facilities, services, and supplies.
  • Provide a point of contact for accounts, raise purchase orders, picking slips and receipt as required in accordance with company requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support and project-based duties to Site Management and senior company personnel as required.
  • Manage site entry requests and accommodation requirements.
  • Maintain systems for transportation, accommodation, and vehicle hire bookings.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel to site, including flights, accommodation, buses and vehicles for employees and contractors.
  • Administration of inductions, forms, PPE, and supplies for new starters.
  • Provide a point of contact for mobilisation / demobilisation enquiries for site personnel.
  • Maintain effective working relationship with the village services provider to ensure that the management of the village, cleaning and catering is maintained at standard acceptable to the company.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:  

Essential:

  • Two plus years’ relevant experience working as a Site Administrator in mining or a related industry.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of flight and roster management software.
  • Accounting software experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Highly organised, with the proven ability to maintain multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills – including written and verbal.
  • An excellent approach to customer service.
  • Current WA driver’s licence.
Highly desirable:
  • Certificate: Provide First Aid, or equivalent.
  • Certificate: Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • INX Software experience.
  • Pronto accounting experience.
  • Previous experience managing personnel mobilisation / demobilisation.
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining contractor and supplier relationships.
