About Us
Flanco is a growing civil contracting company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide. We have a new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our team. This is a new position in our growing business.
About You
The Site Administrator would work on projects for approx 4 months at a time, creating a varied and interesting role as you will move around different mine sites as project start and finish. Being the sole admin assigned to the project on site, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of the project and crew. You would also have the support of the wider site admin team who provide support during your week off.
We are looking for someone with strong organisation and communication skills who can contribute to the positive team culture and environment.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Intermediate clerical skills
- High level of efficiency and organisation skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Senior First Aid (desirable)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Setting goals for site administration performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company's plans and vision.
- Organising workflow to make sure the team duties or delegated tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinating site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights and accommodation.
- Collaborating with site management team to ensure alignment of administrative support and processes on a regular basis.
- Providing assistance to the contracts team and document control.
- Ensuring compliance of all internal reporting requirements including HSE, payroll and financial.
- Liaising with HR Department regarding site mobilisations and ensuring relevant procedural compliance.
- Supervising attendance, leave requests and timesheets and assisting with payroll queries as required.
- Coordinating the management, assignment, and assistance for the site business support.
- Any other duties assigned by the line manager.
