Form of workThe Administration Department at Penny Gold Mine are seeking a Site Administrator to join the team. Ideally, we are looking for you to have strengths in Flights & Accommodation and compliance within INX Inflight and Intuition.
Working 8 days on, 6 days off, this is a permanent opportunity FIFO from Perth.
Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will:
- Coordinate site entry requirements for all employees, contractors and visitors.
- Coordinate flight bookings, rosters, and accommodation.
- Weekly compliance checks are completed on personnel records within INX and records updated when required.
- Process vendor invoices for payment.
- Produce, review and submit reports.
- Follow all the responsibilities listed in the Health & Safety Management Plan.
- Directions, tasks and requirements received from the Mine Manager are completed.
- Provide assistance to site personnel as required

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, we would like to see;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a site based administration role;
- Proficiency of workforce management software (INX - InFlight);
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning software (Pronto); and
- Experience in the Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Developed numeracy, verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to coordinate and prioritise workloads;
- Display sound judgement and problem solving abilities;
- The ability to work independently and unsupervised; and
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to details in all tasks undertaken.
- Driver’s license and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- A West Australian C class driver’s license (manual) and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance for site access clearance purposes.
